Welcomed by the 2nd District of the City of Bucharest, UTCB, and Engie, the WeGenerate consortium gathered for its second meeting from the 23rd to the 25th of April.
On Day 1, we had an engaging mix of exchange, focused learning, and networking. And there was a workshop to explore the WeGenerate Impact Model.
On Day 2, we got an up-close-and-personal tour of the Open Campus Demo, followed by a reflective exchange with the Bucharest team, offering up new perspectives, technical support, and collaboration potential. And there was an interactive workshop for cities introducing the WeGenerate Social Innovation/PA Pathway and the practical use of the WeGenerate Cookbook for action planning.
Finally, on Day 3 it was the time to get into project-related sharing, coordination across Work Packages, and addressing open issues and unfinished business.
Over the course of three days, each local partner - District 2, UTCB, and Engie, presented their unique perspective on the Bucharest regeneration project. And all four demo cities had the opportunity to update on their project status and exchange ideas regarding their respective action plans.
Overall, the three-day gathering was highly productive, with discussions covering pivotal project elements such as impact models, digital twins, and future strategies.
